Online Tutorials in Programming, Data Science, & More – Announcing

One of our big goals at Galvanize is to make it easy for anyone to access the resources they need to level up their skills in data science, programming, and other in-demand fields. Today, we’re excited to announce, a hub of online tutorials written by Galvanize faculty that walk you through the basics of data science and programming.

In our first tutorial, Full Stack instructor Jeff Dean has put together all of the designs and user stories you need to build an email inbox using both client-side and server-side JavaScript. The designs and stories in the walkthrough are representative of the types of requirements you might expect to encounter on a modern product team. If you’ve begun teaching yourself the basics of JavaScript and are looking for something a bit more advanced, this is a great exercise for you to tackle. Once you’re done, you can submit your answer to look at possible solutions put together by our Full Stack team.

You can start the tutorial here.
