You can learn more about the Galvanize education programs by filling out a “Get More Info” form online under the education program of your choice. Shortly after doing so, an Enrollment Counselor will get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have and help you decide whether or not the program is a good fit. You can also attend one of our monthly Galvanize Info Sessions at one of our campuses. We also offer workshops and meetups which will give you a taste of the learning environment at Galvanize.
Our instructors are experienced industry practitioners who also have a passion for education and sharing the things they know in creative ways. Not only do they have experience building applications but they are also practiced educators who have worked in classroom environments teaching new learners.
We currently have seven campuses located in four states. We have four campuses in Colorado: Denver- Golden Triangle, Denver-Platte, Boulder-West Pearl and Fort Collins-Old Town. We also have a campus in California: San Francisco-SoMa, one in Texas: 2nd Street District and one in Washington state: Seattle-Pioneer Square. We are getting ready to open a new campus in Phoenix, AZ later this year.
The quality of each education program and its instructors is consistent across all campuses. Though there will be nuances between teaching styles of instructors, the curriculum will be grounded in the same material and exercises. Often students decide on a campus based on personal lifestyle. Where do you see yourself fitting in culturally, thriving and possibly creating a life upon graduation? Keep in mind that not all programs are offered at each campus.
Once you have received the technical exercise, you will have 7 days to return it. Please inform your Admissions Officer if you will need more time.
If you receive an offer letter, you will be sent a contract within a week. New student contracts go out each Wednesday. You will have 7 days to sign the contract and an additional 3 days from signing to pay the deposit in order to secure your spot in the class. Please inform our Registrar if you run into any issues.
We explore deferments on a case-by-case basis. Let us know right away if there is ever a change in your application status.
We strongly discourage missing any classes. You will need to let your faculty team know right away if there is a conflict in order to make arrangements. You will be expected to make up any work that is missed.
