Salary Negotiation

About this workshop:

Compensation is difficult to value appropriately. Every company extending an offer has different parameters and your unique experience and current situation will shape how the offer is received. Take a step in understanding how compensation is derived so that you can be better prepared to make the case for earning more. You’ll Learn How To:

  • Overcome the common excuses for avoiding negotiations.
  • Discuss “stock options” at dinner parties and how to value them as part of your package.
