Building Bots: Perspective from Both the Developer and the Customer

January 24 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

About the Building Bots Event:

As we evolve in our understanding for how to build bots, we wanted to turn to one of the true experts in the field and learn from them about how to create functional, commercially worthy bots.

We’re excited to host Tony Lucas founder of Converse.  Tony will run through the build of an conversational experience and demonstrate their solution which doesn’t require coding (or much at least). If you are Bot Curious or a Bot Believer, this is a great chance to hear from one of the thought leaders.

We’ll also have a customer perspective and panel discussion to go through their thought process on how the panelists built their bots and chose a dialog management system to get the job done.

Whether you are building a bot for customer support, commerce, brand advocacy or something else, you should leave this event with a clear understanding on how to get started on your conversational software journey.

We will have time for Q&A, so please come with questions.
